     These are the forms that I use in my own pet sitting business.
They are ready for you to use, after you have typed in the name
of your business.  I believe that you will find it inexpensive, yet
professional to simply keep this file saved on your computer so
that you will be able to print out forms as you need them.  OR,
of you like, you may have them professionally printed.

     I have also included the exact form that I use as a Client Contract
so that you well be able to place your business name (or abbreviations)
in the proper spaces.  Please note:  this contract is somewhat generic,
and I will not accept legal responsibility for the effectiveness of the
contract in any court of law. (I have not put it to the test.)  Anyone
who uses this contract assumes the legal responsibility of the contract.
